CHARLES SURRANO: My firm emphasis insurance bad faith, insurance coverage and what we refer to as insurance agent errors and omissions cases. Being a smaller firm brings a level of intimacy to the attorney/client relationship that simply does not exist between a client and a larger and larger-staffed firm. Any client's case in my firm is known not only by the attorney assigned to represent that client but by all the other attorneys in the firm. We bring to bear our combined knowledge and experience on every single case. And that's something that's invaluable. Between myself and the other attorneys in the firm, we have around 60 years of collective experience in the area of insurance, trial practice and practicing law in Arizona. I can tell you that the attorneys and the staff here love what they do. There's not a day that goes by that we're not talking about a case or what we're going to do on a case or what we're going to do for a client. We have a great staff.
